VON Canada is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) for their Peel, Ontario office. The PSW will provide person-centered care, assisting clients with daily living activities, helping them stay comfortable and independent in their homes. Responsibilities include developing care plans, aiding with personal care, assisting with mobility, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, offering respite care, monitoring a safe home environment, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
