Raphaëlstichting is hiring a Personal Support Worker B for an EVB+ group at Midgard, a residential community for young people aged 10 to 23 with severe intellectual disabilities and intensive support needs. The role combines direct care with coordination, care-plan preparation, behavior support, daily living assistance, and coaching colleagues, while working varying shifts from 07:00 to 22:00, seven days a week. Applicants need at least an MBO level 4 care-related qualification, experience or affinity with EVB+ and complex care, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
