Description
Trajectum is hiring a Personal Support Worker for external care locations in Zutphen and Eefde, working 28–32 hours per week. The role provides individual support, daily structure, skill development, behavior support, treatment-plan preparation and evaluation, and coaching for clients with mild intellectual disabilities and complex behavioral needs. Applicants need an MBO level 4 qualification in MMZ, SPW or Nursing, or a relevant Associate Degree or HBO qualification, at least three years of relevant experience supporting complex LVB client groups, and a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). The position offers a permanent contract after one year and a salary of €3,052 to €4,262 based on 36 hours.
