Description
The Personal Trainer provides one-on-one fitness coaching to club members, creating and delivering safe, individualized workout programs; conducting pre-exercise biometrics and goal evaluations; teaching proper form; following up on client renewals; and maintaining detailed progress records. The role requires at least 12 client hours per week, a nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to perform physical fitness activities. A bachelor’s degree in a health, fitness, or related field and two years of personal training or group fitness experience are preferred. The position is non-exempt and part-time, reports to the Fitness Manager, and is available at all club facilities.
