Description
Life Time is hiring a Personal Trainer to develop safe client programs, conduct fitness consultations, instruct members on cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength equipment, provide floor assistance, sell training services, complete administrative documentation, and maintain certifications and continuing education. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of personal training experience, CPR and AED certification, fitness knowledge, and the ability to perform aerobic activity and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is commission-based at 10% to 60% depending on product and productivity, with a weekly minimum of applicable minimum wage, plus a fully subsidized membership and other benefits.
