Description
The Personal Trainer will help members set and achieve fitness goals through one-on-one instruction, individualized workout plans, wellness support, and professional customer service. The role also includes selling personal training programs, maintaining wellness-floor hours, promoting Family Center programs, maintaining records and equipment, and supporting fundraising. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an NCCA-accredited personal training certification or a relevant degree; professional certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire, and First Aid/CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days.
