The role involves operating heat press and digital printing equipment, setting up and running laser engraving machinery, ensuring quality control, performing maintenance, and managing workflow efficiently. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of design principles and comfort with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. Full training is provided by Decathlon.
