Description
The role manages employees across the employee lifecycle, administers personnel processes, supports recruitment and development, advises management on labor and social-security law, serves as a contact person for leaders and employees, manages candidates and conducts structured interviews, coordinates operational staff schedules, and contributes to HR projects. It requires a degree or comparable training in business administration, social sciences, or personnel-related studies, preferably HR experience, knowledge of German and Turkish law, MS Office skills, and fluent German and Turkish language proficiency.
