The client is hiring a Personnel Consultant (m/f/d) in Berlin to combine sales and recruiting in a temporary staffing environment. The role supports existing customers, acquires new customers, manages the full recruiting and dispatching process, coordinates with customers and applicants, and drives regional business growth. Candidates should have HR-services experience, sales or recruiting experience, strong German skills, a Class B driver’s license, and confidence with IT systems. The position offers an indefinite employment contract, company car, mobile phone, pension, health management, employee participation, training, and one day of home office per week.
