Description
The Pest Control Operator is responsible for carrying out pest-control operations according to company SOPs and work instructions, communicating with customers, handling complaints in coordination with service and branch management, and responding to complaints within two hours while completing agreed-upon corrective actions within 24 hours. The role requires a high school or equivalent education, strong communication and service orientation, and a Class A or Class C driving licence. Compensation includes base salary, allowances, and incentives.
