Description
The Pest Control Operator will monitor pest-control activities in accordance with company SOPs and work instructions, communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, and respond to complaints within two hours while completing agreed-upon corrective actions within 24 hours. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and service orientation, and a Class A or Class C driving license. The position is based in the Bali area and lists base salary, allowances, incentives, and bonuses.
