Description
Plunkett's Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Supervisor to oversee a territory in Texas and New Mexico, including El Paso, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and surrounding areas. The role manages and coaches a team of Service/Sales Route Technicians, drives territory growth and sales goals, leads large-account setups, trains technicians, builds customer relationships, maintains safety and reporting standards, and monitors labor, material, supply, and vehicle costs. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication and client-service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass state pest control licensing exams. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 in base plus bonus, with medical insurance and other benefits.
