Description
The Pest Control Supervisor will supervise and monitor pest control services at client premises, conduct client visits, resolve complaints, oversee technician attendance, prepare incentive reports, and ensure services meet company standards. Applicants need at least two years of experience, an Agriculture degree, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, fluent written and spoken English, and a valid riding license. Candidates residing in the Colombo area are preferred, and the employer provides a company-maintained motorbike with fuel and personal-use privilege.
