Aptive Environmental is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician for a Charlotte-area route. The role involves running daily service routes, resolving customer pest concerns, applying pesticides according to state and federal laws, maintaining trucks and equipment, keeping treatment records, advising customers, and maintaining inventory. The position pays $18.00–$22.00 per hour, offers uncapped bonuses and an annual incentive trip, provides a company vehicle and gas card, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. No prior experience is required because training is provided, but applicants need a US driver’s license valid for at least three years, a clean driving record, and must pass a drug test and background check.
