Aptive Environmental is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician for a road-based service route around Santa Fe, New Mexico, with office reporting in Rio Rancho once per week. The role pays $17.75–$19.75 per hour, includes uncapped bonuses, paid training, a company vehicle, and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits. Responsibilities include resolving customer pest concerns, maintaining trucks and equipment, recording treatments, applying pesticides according to applicable laws, advising customers, maintaining inventory, and following route procedures. No prior experience is required, but applicants need a valid U.S. driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must pass drug and background checks.
