Ecolab is hiring a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to deliver science-based pest elimination solutions for commercial customers. The role includes a five-week paid training program, customer service, pest detection and prevention, documentation with handheld equipment, and delivery of service under supervision. The trainee will work in a field-based environment with combination day and night shifts, weekend rotation, and travel to Eagan, Minnesota for one week during training. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of work or military experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, availability for overnight shifts and on-call work, and completion of required pest certification or business licensing. Compensation is $20.89 per hour during training with overtime opportunities, and the total compensation range after training is $48,700–$73,000.
