Description
Ecolab is hiring a Pest Control Technician Trainee in Salem, Oregon, to deliver science-based pest elimination solutions for commercial customers. The role includes a five-week paid training program, field service, customer relationship building, documentation with handheld equipment, and obtaining required pest control licensing or certification. The trainee will work a Monday–Friday day shift, travel to Eagan, Minnesota for one week during training, and may work overnight shifts and be on call as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of work or military experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and physical ability to perform field work; immigration sponsorship is not available. Compensation is $24 per hour during training, with an annual or hourly compensation range of $53,600–$80,300 after training, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
