PestCo is hiring a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Midland, Texas, working Monday through Friday with some Saturdays required. The role manages pest routes, performs inspections and treatments, provides estimates and maintenance recommendations, completes customer appointments, and serves as a subject-matter expert for pest solutions. A high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and customer-service skills, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, accurate record-keeping, a valid driver’s license, and background and drug-screening clearance are required; pest-control experience or a license is preferred.
