The Bug Doctor is hiring Pest Control Technicians for an immediate full-time role delivering pest management services to residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, recommending treatment plans, applying treatments safely and in compliance with regulations, maintaining equipment, and providing customer service. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided; candidates must be able to work outdoors, be physically fit, and hold a valid driver’s license. The role offers $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, weekly pay, production and sales bonuses, health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) employer match.
