Description
BKK Services is hiring an experienced Pest Control Technician to provide professional pest control services across apartment communities in Central Florida, Venice, and Clearwater. The role involves inspecting residential units, common areas, and building exteriors; identifying pests; applying approved treatments; maintaining service schedules and chemical-use records; complying with environmental regulations; educating residents and staff; installing monitoring devices; responding to urgent requests; and maintaining equipment and vehicles. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior pest control or related property services experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a Florida Registered Pest Control Technician or Certified Operator credential or ability to obtain one quickly. The schedule is Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift, with possible after-hours or emergency response, and includes medical, vision, dental, HSA, life insurance, direct deposit, paid time off, and other benefits.
