Thomas Pest Services is hiring regular full-time and seasonal full-time Pest Control Service Technicians to inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest activity, develop treatment plans, apply pesticides, and advise customers on exclusion methods. The role requires independent work, strong communication and technology skills, and the ability to work full time with potential overtime during May through September. No prior pest management experience is needed because comprehensive in-field and classroom training is provided, along with certification exam and renewal support. Compensation is $22–$27 per hour plus a tech lead commission, with annual earnings of $45,000–$65,000 and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.
