The employer is hiring a Pest Control Trainee on an 8-month fixed-term contract to gain work experience and meet qualification requirements. The role involves learning pest control and management services, maintaining productivity and client-retention standards, following company and legislation-based health and safety requirements, preparing service documentation, advising clients on housekeeping and proofing, maintaining equipment, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and carrying pesticides and equipment. Candidates must be customer-focused, communicate effectively, manage time, have good physical health, hold a matric or equivalent certificate, have completed theoretical pest courses without a P-Number, possess H&S knowledge, and hold a driver's license.
