Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Sales Consultant to strengthen client relationships and generate new business in the Sydney metropolitan area. This role involves proactive sales growth, managing an existing client portfolio, developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, excellent CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a background in construction, operations, or pest/bird management.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications
A background in construction, operations, or bird/pest management (highly regarded)
Confidence in cold-calling and planning sales activity across the Sydney metro area
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A current and valid Australian driver’s licence
