Ryan Lawn & Tree is hiring a Pest Specialist I to run an established residential pest control route and provide home insect protection, rodent management, flea, tick, and mosquito control. The role involves diagnosing pest pressures, applying appropriate treatments, maintaining service records, educating clients, and delivering strong customer service. The position offers a growth path into termite and rodent exclusion services and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a current or obtainable pesticide applicator license, a valid driver’s license, and successful pre-employment screening. Compensation is $43,000-$55,000 annually plus bonus opportunities, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
