Gallery Residential is seeking a passionate Pet Center Manager for their new Pet Center in Livano Liberty Park, Birmingham, AL. The successful candidate will oversee staff, manage pet care services (boarding and daycare for dogs and cats), handle front desk reception, maintain cleanliness, order supplies, collaborate with the property manager, and ensure resident satisfaction. This role involves managing facility and personnel, monitoring performance, handling client service issues, creating employee schedules, resolving HR conflicts, and performing bookkeeping/reporting duties.
