ClaimSorted is hiring a Pet Claims Handler to manage pet insurance claims from first notification through settlement. The role involves communicating with policyholders, reviewing documentation, verifying coverage and liability, setting reserves, managing claims, identifying fraud indicators, maintaining records, and contributing to process improvement. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland with work authorisation, have at least six months of pet claims experience or 12 months of veterinary experience with APA or CIP qualification, and demonstrate organisation, data decision-making, and teamwork.
