Description
The PET/CT Technologist supports radiologists in high-quality radionuclide imaging, computed tomography, and laboratory procedures. Responsibilities include patient and procedure planning, radioactive isotope handling and documentation, equipment inspection and troubleshooting, examination preparation, report preparation, billing, and emergency response. The role requires high school or equivalent education, specialized nuclear medicine or radiography training, required licenses and certifications, and Basic Life Support training. The position offers an hourly rate of $51.27 to $87.16 and may require after-hours standby and call-back.
