Description
The Facilities Management Contract Delivery Manager oversees the delivery of facilities management services for PFI/PPP and other non-PFI contracts, ensuring compliance with project and facilities management agreements, statutory requirements, client standards, and operational procedures. The role manages staff, performance, health and safety, risk controls, budgets, profitability, client reporting, and regulatory duties such as Legionella and HTM compliance, while supporting on-call engineers and contributing to the wider IFM team.
