The Universitätsklinikum Köln is hiring a full-time Blood Donation Specialist (Pflegefachfrau/-mann or Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r) for 38.5 hours per week under the TV-L agreement. The role supports blood donors throughout the donation process, including counseling, scheduling, data management, preparation and performance of whole-blood, platelet, and stem-cell donations, diagnostic blood draws, blood-product storage, equipment use, and coordination of donor appointments. Applicants need a nursing qualification or a recognized medical assistant qualification, along with teamwork, flexibility, communication, organizational, and practical emergency-medical skills; prior experience is desirable.
