Description
Air Products is hiring a Distribution Supervisor in Bardon to support the daily operational management of drivers and the Packaged Gas Depot. The role coordinates distribution activity across sites, manages driver resources and holidays, supports HR and vocational training, ensures transport, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, manages costs and vehicle downtime, and interfaces with operational, commercial, industrial relations, and other functions. Candidates should have distribution and transport-legislation experience, team-supervision experience, industrial relations experience, HND or degree-level education, and Microsoft Office skills; Transport Manager, large goods vehicle, ADR, driver CPC, and forklift qualifications are preferred.
