Pharmaceutical Care at Sutter Health

This position involves providing patient-centered clinical services, medication information, education, preparation, and distribution to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. The pharmacist will exercise sound judgment and develop clinical skills to implement patient plans of care, gain patient cooperation, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines. They may also perform specific tasks and orient other staff.
