Description
Organon is hiring one Pharmaceutical Process Engineer (Polymerics) to support production, packaging, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, including polymerics-based anticonceptie products. The role involves defining and qualifying new production equipment, introducing new products and materials, conducting process and cleaning validations, coordinating investigations and changes, and leading root-cause analysis of production deviations. The position requires an HBO-level education in chemical technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field, at least five years of relevant pharmaceutical-industry experience, GMP, EHS, and Lean knowledge, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.
