Description
Herrmann Personaldienste GmbH is placing a temporary pharmaceutical production operator at a leading life sciences client in Berlin. The role operates, monitors, and supplies highly automated aseptic filling facilities; prepares packaging and production materials; resolves disruptions; performs in-process controls; maintains cleanroom hygiene; and documents GMP-compliant manufacturing steps. The assignment follows a 3- to 5-shift system with fixed early, late, and night shifts, pays €19.00–€20.00 per hour initially, and offers progression to over €27 per hour after 15 months. Vocational training in pharmaceutical, chemical, or machine-and-plant operations is ideal, while initial pharmaceutical production experience and GMP knowledge are advantageous. German and English skills, cleanroom compliance, flexibility, and a strong quality orientation are required.
