Takeda is hiring for a fixed-term full-time manufacturing role at its Hikari, Japan production site. The position involves producing solid pharmaceutical formulations in a cleanroom environment, operating manufacturing equipment, cleaning and disinfecting tools and the production area, maintaining water and HVAC systems, updating standard operating procedures and work records, and completing required training. Candidates need business-level Japanese, basic PC skills, the ability to work shifts and follow procedures carefully; prior experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing is not required.
