Description
Organon is hiring one fixed-term Farmaceutisch Specialist lv 2 for its PS-team. The role supports pharmaceutical production and quality by overseeing GMP-compliant processes, CAPA and change activities, audits, quality improvements, root-cause analysis, GMP training, and subject-matter expertise. The specialist reports to a Senior Farmaceutische Specialist (Lv 3), may back up the senior role, and requires an HBO degree in chemistry or pharmacy, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
