The role communicates with physician practices and clinics, especially regarding rare diseases; processes orders from placement through shipping and delivery; coordinates with the client’s pharmaceutical team; organizes internal special-practice-order processes; and supports reliable, service-oriented patient care. The position requires completed PTA training, responsibility, organization, communication skills, and a friendly, team-oriented approach.
