The role provides patient-focused clinical services including medication reviews, chronic disease management, care plan development, immunizations, drug therapy monitoring, patient counseling, supervision of pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists, regulatory compliance, healthcare collaboration, and daily pharmacy operations. Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists and hold injection certification; Additional Prescribing Authorization is an asset.
