Description
Pharmacist responsible for pharmaceutical care operations in an urgent care unit (UPA) in São Paulo. The role includes regulatory compliance for medicines, psychotropic-drug control, pharmacy-team supervision and training, medication dispensing guidance, participation in clinical pharmacotherapy and medication-access programs, reporting and performance indicators, standard operating procedures, and pharmaceutical-waste management. The position requires a pharmacy degree, active professional-council registration, postgraduate study beginning in the second semester in a relevant pharmacy or health area, and at least six months of healthcare pharmacist experience.
