Description
UP Health System Marquette is hiring a Pharmacist to manage drug therapy protocols, review and evaluate medication orders, identify and resolve drug-related problems, provide medication education, document clinical interventions, verify medication accuracy, and operate pharmacy automation and software systems. The role is scheduled at 0.875 FTE with seven days on and seven days off on varied shifts, and requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, a current Michigan pharmacist license, and a Michigan Pharmacist Controlled Substance License. Eligible external candidates may receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
