Description
InfuCare Rx is hiring a Pharmacist to support home infusion therapy by coordinating referrals, verifying patient orders, assessing drug-related problems, monitoring therapy outcomes, programming infusion-control devices, dispensing medications and supplies, preparing sterile admixtures, and consulting with patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The role requires a pharmacy degree, current state licensure, recent acute-care or home-infusion experience, knowledge of intravenous admixture and therapy, and the ability to work collaboratively and on an on-call rotation.
