Description
The Pharmacist provides clinical support for Network Health's pharmacy, quality, compliance, and health management programs. Responsibilities include case management, disease management, medication therapy management, drug utilization review, formulary and benefit design support, PBM claim audit follow-up, provider education, and quality improvement activities. The role requires Wisconsin pharmacist licensure, a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, at least three years of clinical experience, and is eligible for a hybrid home-office and Brookfield or Menasha office arrangement.
