Description
The Pharmacist will provide clinical patient care, manage chronic and acute medication therapy, administer injections and vaccines, adapt and renew prescriptions, oversee accurate medication dispensing, coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and serve as a drug-information resource. The role is based in Twillingate, Newfoundland and Labrador, with rotating shifts including some weekends, and includes a signing bonus, relocation allowance, health insurance, and other benefits.
