Pharmacierge is looking for a passionate and skilled Pharmacist to join their team in London, focusing on delivering a seamless, safe, and personalized medication service. The role involves ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and patient care, collaborating with a team of Pharmacists, performing clinical checks, evaluating prescription suitability, conducting accurate medication checks, and providing comprehensive counseling. The pharmacist will also respond to medical inquiries from prescribers, adhere to GPhC standards and UK regulations, and maintain patient safety protocols. This is a full-time in-person role requiring a current GPhC registration and a MPharm degree.
