The Pharmacist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, filling prescriptions accurately, administering vaccines, providing pharmaceutical counseling, ensuring legal and HIPAA compliance, maintaining pharmacy standards and records, managing inventory and controlled substances, scheduling technicians, and supporting a safe, clean, and profitable pharmacy department. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, current state pharmacist licensure in good standing, communication skills, basic math ability, and the ability to handle stressful situations; retail experience and a second language are desired.
