Description
The Clinical Pharmacist provides direct patient care and pharmaceutical services in the Pharmacy Department of the Winnebago Comprehensive Healthcare System. Responsibilities include selecting, preparing, dispensing, and reviewing medications; counseling patients; evaluating drug therapy and interactions; maintaining controlled-medication counts; supporting outpatient specialty clinics; providing therapeutic drug monitoring and medication therapy management; consulting with medical staff; and participating in quality assurance and education activities. The role requires an active and unrestricted state pharmacist license, a Pharm.D. degree, independent clinical judgment, and the ability to work on assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
