Description
The Registered Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services under limited supervision, including prescription review, dispensing and compounding, patient counseling, medication education, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation, nutritional support, hematology/oncology pharmacy, medication-use evaluation, pain management, and adverse-drug-reaction reporting. The role also supervises support personnel, maintains medication and supply inventories, and ensures compliance with environmental and regulatory procedures. Applicants must have a pharmacy degree or foreign equivalency and obtain Registered Pharmacist and Controlled Substance licensures in Michigan within three months of entry.
