Description
The Pharmacist will work within a Federally Qualified Health Center serving urban American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other individuals facing barriers to health and wellness. The role combines dispensing and medication management, patient care and counseling, collaboration with healthcare professionals, legal and regulatory compliance, and supervision and training. Candidates must hold a PharmD or accredited pharmacy B.S., an active Arizona pharmacist license, at least two years of pharmacy experience, and meet specified driver, background, immunization, tuberculosis, and BLS requirements.
