Ayr Wellness is hiring a Pharmacist General Manager to oversee the dispensing area of a Virginia-licensed cannabis dispensing facility or pharmaceutical processor. The role reports to the District Manager and is responsible for regulatory compliance, patient care, dispensing operations, financial performance, inventory and security controls, staff supervision, scheduling, quality assurance, and operational readiness. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Virginia pharmacist license and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, with recent patient-oriented drug delivery experience and at least three years managing a retail operation.
