PharmcareUSA is hiring a Pharmacy-in-Charge (PIC) in Enid, Oklahoma to oversee daily pharmacy operations and manage pharmacy staff. The role includes assigning work, supervising and scheduling employees, filling and reviewing prescriptions, consulting with facilities, physicians, and patients, following controlled-substance and compliance protocols, maintaining inventory, and keeping the pharmacy clean. The position requires full-time hours across all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and requires a pharmacy degree, an active pharmacist license, strong leadership and customer-service skills, computer and math abilities, and the ability to perform the physical demands of the pharmacy environment.
