Description
The Pharmacist Lead- BioPlus will lead clinical strategy, operational leadership, cross-functional initiatives, performance management, and executive support for specialty pharmacy operations. The role oversees pharmacy production, clinical programs, project timelines, governance, staffing models, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with medical, pharmacy, population health, payer, and technology teams. It requires a BA/BS in Pharmacy and at least three years of mail-service or related pharmacy experience, with an active unrestricted RPH license strongly preferred. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office work 1–2 days per week, and is available in California, Virginia, Nevada, and New Jersey with a stated salary range of $127,600 to $229,680.
